You can also request a return through your personal ModLi account. First, make sure you are logged in to your ModLi account, and then navigate to "my account" on the top right of ModLi. Once in your personal dashboard, you'll be able to view all the orders you've placed on ModLi. Click "request a return" and mark the item/s you'd like to return. Leave a comment in the comment box, and let us know why the product didn't work out for you! Click "create request" to finish the process, and our customer service will be in touch shortly afterward with a prepaid return label.
