We hope you love what you ordered! In case you don't- perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you- we'd be happy to help you exchange for the right color or size, or process a return.
We offer three easy options:
- Exchange for the same item in another size or color. Use our free prepaid return label to keep things simple.
- Receive a ModLi store credit for the full price of your purchase. Use our free prepaid return label to keep things simple.
- Receive a refund for your order. A flat fee of $5.95 for the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Merchandise in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) may be returned within 45 days of purchase. Product tags must be intact.
Please note that products purchased as a multi-pack (ie., 3 pack) must be returned as a set.
Items not eligible for Exchange, Store Credit, or Refund:
- Items marked final sale
- Custom made dresses
To exchange an item, submit a return form and select "exchange", or contact our customer service. We'll provide a pre-paid return label, so you can return the item at no extra charge. We'll also place a new order with the product you are requesting, once we receive the item you've returned.
Please note, requesting an exchange on our site or through customer service does not guarantee that your item will be available at the time we process your return. Inventory is not held for exchange, and may sell out by the time we are able to process your exchange.
If the item you wanted is sold out, you may opt for a cash refund (minus $5.95 for the pre-paid return label) or full store credit.
* Exchanges can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue a cash refund for an exchanged order.
How to return an item:
- Step 1: Submit a return form here or an exchange form here.
- Step 2: You will receive an email from a ModLi customer service representative with return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
- Step 3: Send item within one week of receiving shipping label.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
