We offer three easy options:
- Exchange for another item*. Use our free prepaid return label to keep things simple.
- Receive a ModLi store credit for the full price of your purchase. Use our free prepaid return label to keep things simple.
- Receive a refund for your order. A flat fee of $5.95 for the prepaid shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
*Price differences between the original and exchanged item will be processed accordingly.
Merchandise in their original condition (unworn and unwashed) may be returned within 45 days of purchase. Product tags must be intact.
*Items marked final sale are not eligible for exchange, store credit, or refund.
How to exchange an item(s):
- Step 1: Submit a request or contact our customer service.
- Step 2: We'll send you a pre-paid return label, so you can return the item at no extra charge.
- Step 3: Once we've received the item you've returned, we'll place a new order for the items you'd like to receive instead.
Requesting an exchange on our site or through customer service does not guarantee that your item will be available at the time we process your return. Inventory is not held for exchange, and may sell out by the time we are able to process your exchange.
If the item you wanted is sold out, you may opt for a cash refund (minus $5.95 for the pre-paid return label) or full store credit.
* Exchanges can be returned for store credit only. We cannot issue a cash refund for an exchanged order.
How to return an item(s):
- Step 1: Submit a return form.
- Step 2: You will receive an email from a ModLi customer service representative with return instructions and a pre-paid shipping label.
- Step 3: Ship your item(s) within one week of receiving the shipping label.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
